About Us

Shefra Limited was founded on the principle of being the “gold standard” in everything it does, which includes how we handle our employees. Shefra, unlike many other corporate behemoths, prioritized the creation of internal systems and expert team members before embarking on new projects. Years of commitment, hard work, concentration, and investment went into this process. Shefra was finally ready to launch after years of preparation, testing, and production.

We quickly established ourselves as one of the world’s leading international bondholders, with the largest holdings of checked Gold Back Certified Bonds and Historical Instruments in Europe. Our expertise in the diamond and gold markets is unrivaled, and our penetration into the real estate industry has been much broader and more rapid than we had expected. We have taken over existing and established projects in nearly every Caribbean nation, including the Cape Verde Islands, where we have committed to invest over 1.5 billion dollars in projects that have already begun, thanks to our parent company Saroco Financial.

Shefra Limited ushers in a new way of thinking and hopes to expand on the already precedented increase in earnings that the major tech firms provide to their employees. At Shefra, we agree that our employees are deserving of respect and a sound financial foundation; we will not jeopardize our employees’ compensation packages in the name of profits; this is a promise that we have made to each and every one of our employees. We want to demonstrate to the rest of the business community that if you treat your workers well, profits will follow. This is something we’ve seen first-hand, and we want to share our template with other business leaders. If there’s one thing covid19 has taught us, it’s that we, as business leaders, must lead by example and that in difficult times like these, we must unite around our team rather than disband it.

We’ve also taken advantage of the ability to evolve in terms of both ideas and form, and we’ve benefited from our own policies and procedures in place prior to the pandemic, which never required our staff to physically be at the office, so up till now we have by the grace of God not lost a single team member to the disease and we hope that by the time the world sees vaccines in every arm, that we would not have a single casualty in our corporate family.
